We offer a half-day (3-hour) training session on cultural intelligence. Our sessions make learning easy and fun, build community, and ensure recall for intercultural work needs.

What does our onsite training look like?

To equip your team and help them grow in their cultural intelligence, we will come to your company’s location. It helps us to do our homework and tailor our training to your organization’s specific needs. This also allows every team member who participates to have a personalized, hands-on learning experience. Our training sessions create a non-judgmental, fact-oriented, and loving experience. Real-time interactions and feedback help build teams and grow knowledge.

Cultural intelligence has four building blocks. We will spend about 40 minutes on each of these building blocks, with added time for Q&A. We bring ourselves to work, and every day at work, we think, we feel, and we do. Keenly aware of how we show up at work, we incorporate the latest psychological and neuroscientific research to ensure holistic learning, not just cognitive information gathering and processing.

Our training has real-life case studies and factual findings from global studies on culture and work.
