Shalini Jebasingh is the founder of Eirene Group, launched in the fall of 2012. She brings over 30 years of experience in nonprofit media and cross-cultural leadership, having collaborated with global leaders across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Her work has given her deep insight into multicultural workplaces and effective intercultural communication. 

 

Shalini holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University, a Master’s in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and an undergraduate degree in Economics (Honors) from India. Her doctoral research explored the role of love in leadership, and she has published academic work on forgiveness in leadership. 

 

Across her research and global experience, she has found that workplaces rooted in love, truth, forgiveness, perseverance, and patience create joyful teams and long-term organizational success. These ethical values consistently shape leaders who leave a meaningful and lasting legacy. Shalini is passionate about helping businesses, churches, and organizations build workplace excellence and teams that find fulfillment at work through cultural intelligence, ethical leadership, and moral values.

We Stand With

Trauma that results in post-traumatic stress disorder or complex post-traumatic stress disorder leaves a person with emotional reactivity when something triggers a traumatic feeling that they do not recall, a traumatic memory, or a traumatic emotion they experienced. It also leaves them in a "constantly on guard" state, difficulty in trusting people, disconnecting from the present happenings, disorientation in the present, difficulty in making decisions, negative thoughts about themselves, and thoughts of self-harm. It affects the person's ability to function and build any area of intelligence. As we built our lessons, we have been mindful to ensure that sections of our lessons are built through trauma-informed lenses. 

Many people who have endured PTSD or complex PTSD rebuild their lives stronger, wiser, and kinder. But it is not an easy journey. It takes intentional effort and support from people who love them. We are among the people who love them, and ten percent of all our profit goes to helping people who have gone through trauma in life, particularly those who have gone through intimate partner violence in any form.
